Payment

Possibilities of payment:

1. PayPal

With this method, you are redirected to the PayPal website after you have placed your order. On the PayPal website you can pay with your PayPal account or your credit card. Please check http://www.paypal.com for more information.

Payment done through PayPal must be completed in the next 2H after the order is submitted. Otherwise, your order will be cancelled and your items will be available for another customer.

If you don't pay with PayPal immediately after the checkout, you can access the list of your orders by clicking on the link 'account maintenance'. Then you can view the details on the order, and a Pay with PayPal button will be displayed.

Your order is automatically confirmed after the PayPal transaction is confirmed.

We will never get your credit card information if you pay with PayPal.

2. Bank Transfer (SWIFT)

With this method, you place an order and then you order your bank to transfer the amount on our bank account. Our bank information is given on the confirmation page of your order. As well, you can always find this information afterwards in the order details which is available in the 'account maintenance' section of your account.

Please contact us before placing your order. We accept bank transfer only from the Euro-Zone.

3. Money Transfer (Western Union)

Delivery and shipping fees

The shipping fees are calculated after the selection of the address delivery in the checkout process. Several options are given for delivery.

Insurance is given only for registered letter package and package international delivery plus.

Warning: if you select the not registered option Letter then eventual posters will be folded! It you don't want folded poster, select registered sending!

A complete order will be sent when all items are available in our stock.

Important note: some of our items, specially the Orphaned Land's ones, might be forbidden in certain countries as they display or contain hebrew/israeli's references. Therefore if you want the items to be shipped to such countries, beware that there is a risk of confiscation by their customs. We do not take any responsabilities in this case!

Cancellation

You can cancel your order until one week after receiving your items. You need to contact us before sending your items through the Contact Us form.

The items need to be returned in their original package and in their original state (sealed, unused, unpinned...) You will be refunded of the amount of your order without shipping fees.

Note: the "Custom Exclusive Items" are NOT refundable as they are personnalized items.

The Hayatom Webshop reserves the right to cancel any pending or confirmed order without prior warning of further explanation. You will be fully refunded if the payment has been already confirmed.

Order Status

Pending: Your order is placed. The payment still has to be done though. It is still possible to change your order (add or remove items) after contacting us.

Confirmed: Your order is placed, and your payment has been received. It is still possible to add items to your order after contacting us.

Prepared: Your order has been prepared and is ready for shipping. It is not possible to modifiy the order anymore.

Shipped: Your order has been shipped.

Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled.

Refunded: Your order has been refunded.
